Ever since switching over to natural products I have been insane about creating a routine for a “pampering” (I hate that word but couldn’t think of a synonym) night on Sunday and Thursday. Something that would make me feel clean and ready for the day/week ahead of me, something that would force me to shave my legs, and something that would make me moisturize from head to toe. I am terrible at keeping up on moisturizing anything other than my face. I hate feeling slick and sticky from lotion. Bad habit I’m trying to kick.

1. Essential Oils
Combine all three oils with coconut oil, lavender and peppermint are “hot” oils and can burn you! Rub the oils together in your palms to break up the coconut oil, lift hands to face and breathe in deeply several times, then rub the combined oils on your neck and décolletage area and let dry.
2. Facial Massage
I follow this video and do this ten-ish minute facial massage done by the amazing Annie Jaffrey! Here is her blog post and video on it. I use coconut oil instead of argan oil. FACIAL MASSAGES ARE AMAZING PEOPLE!!
3. EXFOLIATE RINSE REPEAT
On my old blog I raved and raved about how I loved cane sugar as an exfoliator, but with my skin become the Sahara desert with the change in seasons cane sugar is way to hard on my skin, especially my face, so I tried brown sugar and I like it wayyyy better.
4. MOISTURIZE WOMAN
This body butter. Man alive. It was in my last Friday’s Favs and I actually enjoy moisturizing because of this *GASP* I know shocking.
