For my nutrition class this quarter I have to create a seven day personal challenge and journal each day. The challenge I created was to eat breakfast everyday, which I normally never do (I value sleep more than food ha) and I always regret it and then I’m starving. For this challenge I have to plan my meals ahead of time and preparations that need to be made for my meals have to be made in advance.
Since my blogging has been so erratic lately I thought while I am planning and getting back on track this would be a fun thing to document and maybe help some others out!
So…day one. I woke up super late (it’s my day off so give me a break) and ate breakfast at 10:30, I DID EAT IT THOUGH! Anyways, I’ll walk you through what I had and pictures will be down below!
First, drank a giant glass of water and had my vitamins, I daily take Iron, Cal-Mag, Folic Acid, Biotin, and my Digestive Probiotic. Next, I made a fruit bowl consisting of strawberries, blueberries, and a cut up banana. Last, I cooked two eggs (they were kind of sad today because I burnt them) with some sautéed bell peppers and had another glass of water.
