Randomly one day, I put together the fact that I had an air fryer, raw cauliflower that desperately needed to be eaten, chipotle sauce, some almond flour, amd what better to make with that then some *hopefully* delicious buffalo cauliflower? With a few Pinterest searches and combining ideas, I created a super easy (and quick!) way to enjoy some paleo buffalo cauliflower.
All you need is an air fryer, a oz bag of cauliflower, 1/3 cup of This Dip is Nuts! Chipotle Sauce (they also have a Buffalo one, my Costco didn’t have that in stock though), and 1/4 cup of almond flour. Mix ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until all cauliflower florets are covered with sauce and flour and put into air fryer on the air fryer option at 390° for about 8 minutes.
This is such a no fuss way to make this dish, this has been such a fun side dish, and it’s husband approved! If you try it out you’ll have to let me know what you think and what tweaks you make to help it suit you and your lifestyle.
